Hummingbirds are so elegant and quick, flapping their wings 50-200 times a second.
To maintain such a high metabolism hummingbirds have to eat as much, if not two or three times, of their own body weight in nectar every day (and visit hundreds and hundreds of flowers to get it). They have such a high metabolism they often starve to death if unable to find nectar within a few hours.

This one I hold close to my heart, and was created alongside a vision of rebirth.
